Job Summary

Trevelino/Keller is interviewing for a mid-level position:   Account Supervisor position across its B2B and B2C practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recognizing this is a public relations position, core competencies begin with public relations:  media relations, executive visibility, analyst relations, writing, event management.  However, as a digital PR and marketing firm, we need staff eager to know how and want to understand 360 degree communications which ultimately means managing creative services projects as well as digital and social marketing efforts. 
  • The ideal candidate will be able balance client management with program execution, the occasional new business involvement with some agency responsibilities.  It’s a fast moving, dynamic role for someone who thrives in an on-the-job learning and growing environment.
  • This position is critical in that it bridges the senior staff with those staff learning and developing their skill sets.  More than any other levels, this person has the opportunity and the responsibility to lead as well as incubate less experienced staff.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, working in an agency and/or corporate environment.
  • Comfortable working in a digital public relations and marketing environment.
  • Working history with public relations, content marketing, demand generation and creative services.  
  • Ability to lead several client relationships.
  • Managing teams across multiple disciplines, developing programming, managing budgets and participating in the execution of programs.  
  • Ability to develop strategies including company launches, market roll-outs, new product introductions, product reviews.
  • Thought leadership programs and analyst relations is important as well as overseeing web development and brand identity work.  
  • Skills must include media relations, writing, blog relations and social media management.
