Job Summary

Trevelino/Keller, a digital PR and marketing firm, seeks a full-time designer to join its Groovy Studios team.  Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a portfolio of experience in web design (WordPress at a minimum), logo development, brand identity, advertising and infographics.  Experience with Adobe CC required – especially Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator.

Responsibilities, Skills and Duties

Work closely with client leads to deliver creative executions across a range of clients and industries. 
Day to day activities will range from Wordpress front end site development to logo design to brand identity work to marketing collateral creation. 

This new designer will be part of a team of designers who work under the firm’s Groovy Studios brand.  They provide web design, brand identity, dynamic content and graphic design. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong visual design skills, including a deep understanding of typography, composition, and use of color.
  • Understanding of user-centered interaction design and web standards.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Experience with creating site maps, wireframes task flows, navigation flows, and wireframes.
  • Experience (hands on experience a big plus, especially front-end coding) working with web-based technologies and concepts such as HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/JavaScript/Jquery, and Content Management Systems such as Drupal and WordPress and site migration.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of work with tight deadlines while managing your own time ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor, team spirit.
